Introducing the Fuhgedoughboudit NYC Pizza Kit, the best dough kit for perfecting your New York style homemade pizza. The kit includes a bag of of our high gluten flour mix just like they use in NYC pizzerias, and a bottle of real NYC tap water so you can enjoy an authentic New York-style slice in the comfort of your own kitchen. The kit makes a 16"-18" but you can make two smaller round pizzas or a "grandma" ("nonna") style pizza in a sheet pan. You don't need any special equipment, but a pizza stone and peel is recommended for round pizzas (especially the big ones).
The mix is shelf stable but should be made within 6 months of purchasing.
